The (New & Improved!) Rules of the Game

Rule 1: No evil plan that includes the risk of death shall be implemented.
Rule 2: Miss Ritchi will never be harmed in any way.
Rule 3: Citizens of Metro City will never be murdered, mass or otherwise.
Rule 4: Witty banter shall be included by both sides.
Rule 5: No evil plan that includes mass destruction of property shall be implemented.
Rule 6: Evil concedes that it will always lose.
Rule 7: From the point of signing onwards, neither side shall lie to the other.
Rule 8: When no hero is present to battle against, evil plans and actions will be restrained as much as possible.
Rule 9. Compliments are acceptable situation permitting, from either party.
Rule 10. Fraternizing on any level is not against the rules.

Rule 11. Neither party is permitted to take advantage of the other when one or both are under the influence of alcohol.
